The San Francisco Lowrider Council, in partnership with the City of San Francisco, the Mission Merchants Association, and the Calle 24 Latino Cultural District, proudly presents the LOWRIDER PARADE and “KING of the STREETS” Hopping Competition — a historic, first-of-its-kind celebration of Latino culture, heritage, and community pride.
This landmark event marks the world’s first-ever televised Lowrider Parade, showcasing the best lowriders from across the USA. The parade will air live on CBS as part of San Francisco’s official National Latino Heritage Month festivities (Sept. 15 – Oct. 15, 2025).
Produced by the San Francisco Lowrider Council and Cultura y Arte Nativa de Las Américas (CANA), this vibrant cultural gathering is more than just a parade — it’s a Cruise with a Purpose. The event honors the deep roots, resilience, and contributions of San Francisco’s Latino community while supporting local businesses, artists, and cultural preservation efforts.
Witness the crowning of the King of the Street Champion winners in various categories who will cruise home with $10,000 in cash prize.
